I guess I have been watching too much of Candice Olson of Divine Design on HGTV. The first thing she does on every show is add lighting. I couldn't do a hallway redo without adding the proper lighting. It looks amazing, I am so thrilled with the way it turned out. Here is the before pic. As you can see, we had one tiny light.
Now that we have new lights, the hallway is lit up like a Christmas tree. After seeing all the light we have, we must have been living in cave. Before when I would get something out of the hall closet, I couldn't see a thing. Now I can see everything, including the cobwebs. Yikes, maybe new lights weren't such a good thing.Now I'm off to pick paint colors. Fun!
